Our Services

We have had the opportunity to be a strategic partner for our customers in different countries, working together in the design and implementation of strategies for their businesses, facing different challenges and obtaining significant benefits with our Cloud Native, migrations, DRP, MSP, data integration and Oracle Stack services.

Migrations

Why should you migrate?

Migrating workloads to the cloud is an essential form of transformation in the new era of disruption, as it demands a great effort and commitment to reach a cultural change in the organization.

Migrating applications and workloads to the cloud for operational, exploratory, experimental purposes allows organizations to scale to a level that gives them agility, innovation, and many other benefits such as cost reduction, operational efficiency, enhanced human capital and productivity.

Migration strategies

To migrate successfully, you must have total clarity on your business objectives, impact of applications on the operation, dependencies on other applications, their technological features and migration costs. Choosing an optimal migration strategy is summarized in identifying the following cloud transition scenarios:

Rehost

(Reubicación)

It is the simplest and most common method of all migration options. Applications move to the cloud without any code modification or architecture redesign. This is a quick solution for organizations to reduce their on-premises physical infrastructure costs as soon as possible and start generating cloud exploration and adoption. However, in this scenario organizations typically do not benefit from elasticity as a cloud-native feature. Fortunately, while in the cloud organizations have different mechanisms, tools and services that allow them to redesign, optimize and therefore evolve their applications to a more competitive model.

Replatform

(Replataforma)
It involves optimizing a portion of the application so that it can adapt to services of new generations of infrastructure (virtual machines and containers), databases (DBaaS, NoSQL, Graphs, etc.), storage types, among others, without changing the central structure of the application leading to significant benefits. Replatform provides a suitable midpoint between Rehost and Refactor strategies. Organizations choose this approach when they want to get the most out of the cloud because it represents fewer changes in the application and doesn´t have an impact on their operation.

Refactor

(Refactorización)
It is the most complex option, as it depends on a process of restructuring and recoding the application. In contrast to Replatform's strategy, this option involves changes to the application's code and configuration, allowing you to add state-of-the-art features that are only available on cloud-native architectures. Customers that refactor their applications maximize the efficiency of their cloud environment even though this approach requires more time and resources. This strategy puts organizations in the best position to scale to a higher level of competitiveness because it increases agility, improves business continuity, fosters innovation, increases productivity, and generates cost efficiency.

CASE STUDIES

Cloud Native

The success of new digital initiatives mostly depends on adopting a new model of designing, building, and deploying modern applications on scalable, resilient, high-performance, and cost-efficient architectures based on deployable microservices on container, as well as a rapid and continuous release of new application features through DevOps practices.

DevOps

It is an agile software lifecycle management practice that combines the responsibilities of development and operations teams to provide a more collaborative environment and to automate processes from the beginning to their release into production.

Containers

They are the new revolution in infrastructure that provide a better level of abstraction and utilization of computing resources to package code and dependencies in isolated and independent environments that facilitate the deployment, scalability and portability of microservices.

CI/CD

Continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployments are the automated and consistently controlled procedures that agilely execute a series of actions ranging from unit testing to release in your productive environment, to be consumable by service users.

Microservices

They are independent and decoupled services focused on their point-in-time functionality, allowing the application to be built in a more distributed and fault-tolerant model.

CASE STUDIES

DRP

Adopting the AWS Cloud for disaster recovery scenarios has enabled customers to overcome rapidly and with a high level of reliability after having suffered interruptions of their services caused by unforeseen events that have directly affected their computing infrastructure where they store and run their mission-critical operations. A cloud disaster recovery plan increases the level of availability of organizations at a reduced cost and without the need to incur in the implementation of complex technologies and licensing them.

CASE STUDIES

MSP

Many of our customers take advantage of our strong philosophy of an optimal service in IT operations, through best practices, standards and human talent that are required as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This helps to make the transition in a gradual and evolving way towards a model of management, control, and operation of the IT platform. Our main purpose is to drive and support all our customers to achieve their goals in a more agile and efficient way, by focusing all their effort and resources towards the real mission of their business.

As an MSP we promote trust and commitment, so we become your strategic business partner, rather than a simple service provider.

CASE STUDIES

Data Integration

The new data integration practices in the cloud are the basis for the different types of strategies such as Cloud Data Warehouse, Business Analytics, Data Lakesamong others. These practices lead to a better understanding and visibility of the data to gather useful and valuable information for intelligent decision making.

Data integration begins with the extraction process and is complemented by data cleansing, duplication, transformation, and data loading processes. A unified and consistent result of all these interactions results in a highly reliable data, based on accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

CASE STUDIES

Oracle Stack

Working with organizations from different sectors that rely on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle E-Business Suite for their operations, has given us more than 20 years of experience in modeling, designing, and deploying architectures of both applications under the Oracle Architecture Reference Framework (ORA).

As a result of the continuous changes in the IT world, we consolidate this experience with the use of methodologies for deploying, updating, migrating, and managing of workloads of Oracle cloud-based applications, which enables our customers to use AWS as a platform for those business solutions in productive, non-productive environments, and other types of scenarios such as disaster recovery that complement their IT architectures.
